Warmbaths is situated in the Springbok Flats, 112 km North of Pretoria the administrative capital of South Africa. It lies nestled in the foothills of the Waterberg mountain range in the Bushveld region of South Africa and enjoys a sub-tropical climate.    Malaria Free Area

Mokopa Reptile Park

Situated only 12km outside of Warmbaths, this reptile park has every reptile you can imagine! Demonstrations are done on request there is a tea garden and curio shop.

Thaba Kwena Crocodile Farm
The largest Crocodile farm in the Southern Hemisphere that is open to the public. 
Tours are held daily from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm which stimulate the inquisitive mind. Crocodile meat for sale, a curio shop and a tea garden. Special tariffs for schools and senior citizens.

Outdoor Activities 

Hiking / Biking Trail
A breath taking trail over the mountains at the Warmbaths Dam is available for weekend hikers and mountain bike enthusiasts. Overnight facilities which remind you of how magnificent nature is. Offers braai facilities etc. The trail takes two days. (weekend)
Other activities are available such as:

• power boat rides
• rock climbing
• absailing

These facilities are available on request.

4 x 4 routes

For the 4x4 enthusiast, Warmbaths offers great adventure. We offer one day trips over stunning mountains with superb views. Or, on request a route through Warmbaths and Nylstroom covering either a long weekend or normal weekend.

Shopping

Antique Shops
Warmbaths has antique shops both at the Warmbaths Waterfront and in and around the Warmbaths area. Rare Jewels in the Bushveld.

Padstalletjies / Road stalls
Many delightful roadside stalls or padstalletjies line the main roads in and out of Warmbaths. From quaint coffee shops to hand made basketwork and fresh fruit and vegetables/ honey/ trout/ biltong etc. Each one having its own special merchandise on offer.

Warmbaths Waterfront
A new and exciting development in the Warmbaths area, restaurants, pubs, curio's, nurseries etc. It also houses Warmbaths Tourism.

Bushveld Shopping Centre

Pick and Pay , Clicks and Maxi Movies as well as many other interesting stores are available at the Bushveld shopping centre

Taxidermy
There is a taxidermist available in the vicinity.
